The name "LaPita" pays homage to the heart of the menu — the freshly baked, pillowy pita bread that comes stamped with the restaurant's mark, a symbol of authenticity and handmade craft.
Every recipe stays true to Levantine tradition. From Chef Sam's fermented chilli sauce to the premium olive oil sourced from the family's own olive garden in Israel.
